Prohibited content

Do not use Lavie AI to create, upload, edit or share any of the following:

• Pornography, sexual nudity or other sexually explicit / NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture or content that promotes harm.
• Hate speech, harassment or incitement against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors or other child exploitation.
• Non-consensual deepfakes, sexual images of real people without consent, deceptive impersonation or fraud.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or a person’s likeness rights.
• Promotion of terrorism or mass violence, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction.

Responsible use

Only upload images you have permission to use. Do not remove a watermark to evade another person’s rights. Do not bypass safety checks, exploit accounts, generate spam or present an AI image as authentic evidence of a real event. Label AI-created content when needed to avoid misleading people.

Content checks and review

Prompts, images and videos, including audio, are screened with automatic checks and may be reviewed by Google Gemini through OpenRouter before release. We may block requests, withhold results, hide gallery content or restrict accounts for violations. Coverage varies, and automated checks can miss violations or make mistakes. Copyright, consent and impersonation disputes may require reports and human review.

Report content or appeal a decision

Email support@lavieai.net to report harmful content or request a human review of a moderation decision. Include the image or gallery link, relevant account or order details, a brief explanation and any proof of your rights. Do not attach illegal images. Our support team can review the report and apply content or account restrictions; response time depends on the case. Use the same channel to appeal and explain why you believe the decision was incorrect.

AI models and results

Lavie AI is an independent image tool, not an official application of its model providers. Lavie AI offers Seedream 4.5 (ByteDance), Qwen Image 2 Pro (Qwen), GPT Image 2 (OpenAI) and Nano Banana Pro (Google). Models and alternatives available to you are shown in the tool selector and depend on the task, plan and availability. Outputs are AI-generated, may contain errors and may resemble other outputs. Review them before use; availability does not imply provider endorsement. Hailuo 02 and Hailuo 2.3 support text and image inputs. Hailuo 2.3 Fast uses image input only. Veo 3.1 Lite includes native audio and supports 1080p at 8 seconds. Hailuo HD supports 6 seconds. The selector shows the available combinations.

Other AI processing

Other image tasks may use FLUX 2 Dev (Black Forest Labs), Qwen Image Edit or Real-ESRGAN, depending on the task and availability shown in the selector. Prompt improvement may use DeepSeek, MiniMax, Gemini or Claude. Lavie AI is independent of these providers.
